ABOUT ABOUT

When an organization has been attacked online, undoing the damage is challenging and difficult. Organizations want to return to communicating with confidence.

To do that, they must repair the damage to their reputation.

The problem is that people, and the companies they work for, can’t control what people are saying about them online. And it is difficult to know how to correct the record without making everything worse.

When a person is attacked online, it makes them feel trapped - doomed to stay scared and in hiding.

The rise in online backlash can make it nerve-wracking for leaders and their communication staff to know what to say and how to say it - but it doesn't have to be.

In this talk, Molly McPherson will provide clear steps to take to repair damage, along with methods for maintaining control of your reputation.
